I am having a problem with my Premium Reader download. What should I do?

First, try our tips for people having trouble downloading from Scribd.

If these tips don't help you resolve your download problem, pleas submit a support request via the web or by emailing us at support@scribd.com. Be sure to include the following information to help us troubleshoot your problem:

  • Your Scribd username and the email address with which you signed up for Scribd.
  • The URL(s) of the document(s) you're having trouble downloading.
  • A brief description of what happens when you try to download the document(s).
  • The type of subscription you purchased: a day pass, a monthly subscription, or an annual subscription.
  • The amount you paid in US dollars.
  • When you purchased your subscription.
  • How you paid for your Premium Reader subscription:
    • If you paid with a credit card: the full name on the card and the last 4 digits of the credit card number. Please, for safety, don't include the entire number.
    • If you paid via PayPal: your PayPal email address and the invoice number from your PayPal receipt.
    • If you uploaded a document: the name of the document, the time you uploaded it, and its URL on Scribd if you know it.
